We encourage you to book your tickets ahead of time. We take walk-ins when we can (except Wednesdays), but to ensure there is space for your party, please book online using the "Book Now" button.

If a time slot is locked or not available, we are either fully booked or closed and not taking walk-ins. Please do not show up without a ticket in this case, we will not be able to accommodate you.

Please refer to the calendar for hours which may vary due to events.
30 or 45 minute time slots available

30 min is enough time to see most of the displays.
45 is recommended if you want to ask questions, see the smaller bugs, explore the bug touching station, or if you have kids that want to play with toys, costumes, sit at the table and color, or do a puzzle.

Note that there is a service fee when booking online, which is why it's cheaper than walk-ins. By purchasing a ticket online, you are guaranteed a spot, but walk-ins may be asked to wait or come back later if we are fully booked (this happens often).
