Featuring a live bug zoo, pinned bugs, touchable bugs, a microscope, toys, games, a library, and experts to answer questions!

30 or 45 minute time slots available

• 30 min is enough time to see most of the displays.
• 45 is recommended if you want to ask questions, see the smaller bugs, explore the bug touching station, or if you have kids that want to play with toys, costumes, and sit at the table and color or do a puzzle.

No refunds for no-shows or less than 24 hr notice cancellations, full refund if canceled more than 3 days before event, 50% refund if canceled within 1–3 days of event. We can transfer your ticket to another day or time if you contact us by email with 24 hours notice. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else by forwarding them your confirmation email.

• If you arrive late for your appointment, we can only allow you in if there is space.
• If you arrive more than 15 min before a ticketed event, you will be charged regular zoo admission on top of the event ticket.
• If a time slot is locked or not available, we are either fully booked or closed and not taking walk-ins.
